River Biggs is a multidisciplinary artist living in Upstate NY whose work depicts nature and the beings that inhabit it. He prefers to have animals as the center of his artwork, depicting their anatomical uniqueness and spirit. River has a closeness with native animals that he encounters outside every day, and has an interest in drawing them. Nature is the driving force for him, and is always what is on the forefront of his mind when creating artwork. River enjoys creating what seems to be a scene frozen in time, with specific elements such as arches and various shapes. He enjoys combining the contrast of simplicity and realism. And yes, he is very connected to rabbits.
Outside of drawing animals, River enjoys hiking and being out in the natural world, as well as taking photos of what he sees. He also enjoys live music, video games, cars, and cooking.
